It seems like chicken became recurring element in Negros Occidental. Chicken Inasal was one of the few things we knew about Bacolod. The Manokan Country, a food center that serves only the regions famous inasal here is guaranteed tastier than in most other places. Aside from usual paa (leg), pecho (breast), pakpak (wings), baticolon (gizzard), atay (liver), you can also order tinae (intestines), isol (chicken's rear end), and similar very interesting choices that locals swear by.

Food Delicacy of Talisay City

The barrio is famous for its MARADULA FESTIVAL celebrated every fruit season.

JKN Fruit Farm is well-known for its "Eat All You Can" concept for only 100php and is located at Barangay Conception Talisay City. The said farm is owned by Mr. Jovelito "Boy" Gozales-Trecho, 49 years old, an agriculturist and at the same time a businessman.
